Mark, a loving husband, father, brother, mentor and friend , passed away September 22, 2009, at home after a relentless 10 month battle with leukemia.
He was a long-time resident of Morgan Hill, and a dedicated member of the Operating Engineers Local 3.
His favorite passtime was playing golf with his buddies.
Always putting his family first, Mark will be greatly missed by his wife Pam and their two sons Michael and Kevin.
He also leaves behind his sister Maryellen (Ken), brother Brian (Carol), Tammy, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends, to include the BMT, Hematology, Oncology ITA Teams and support staffs at Stanford Hospital and Clinics.
Mark's ashes will be taken to Ireland by the family. A celebration of his life will be at a later date to be annouced. Contiributions in memory of Mark may be directed to: Stanfor University (GHAWV) BMT Research Office of Medical Development, 2700 Sand Hill Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025.
